Refund Policy

Resonators:

Our refund policy on all Resonators is valid to customers for up to 30 days. If 30 days has already elapsed since your purchase was made, we can still offer you refund on a case by case basis.

Eligibility for all returns require that your item(s) be in the same condition that you received it in.

Please contact us at Planet432hz@gmail.com in order to request a return of your purchased product(s).

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. We will supply you with our return shipping address when we receive your email return request.

FAST AND EASY REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the source of payment within an estimated 3 to 7 business days.

Totems:

Totems are custom ordered and customs made. There is not a standard return option for these devices. If there is an issue upon delivery will work you to resolve all issues and will offer a refund on a case by case basis.
