Heart Totem Invocation

Below is a copy of an email from a friend and spiritually connected soul that has helped guide the development of the Heart Totem.  His words and wisdom go a long way to help us understand the journey we are all on.  This email is another example of an invocation for the planting of a totem.

You, me, and the Big "We" appear to be illuminating even more of the illusions and distortions that have been restricting our greater freedom and truth....so many challenges going on now for so many. The question that frequently arises for me is, how can i best support myself and others at this time. I believe that the heart totem is one of many ways we can be supported now during the "birthing contractions" of our increasing awakening. 

I like that you have made mention of the "earth star" chakra as many people are unfamiliar with this important center. The more awareness that is brought to this center, the more it enters into the collective conscious which i personally believe has the potential in assisting not only the planet but for deepening in our relationship to our bodies and the  necessity for "grounding". Tree roots first descend before the tree can properly "ascend".

As you know, i have an obsession with "trying to get to the core" with intentions and invocations. That said, here is what i have come up with as a possible invocation when preparing to set-the-stage for the heart totem...

 

We call upon our angels, guides, ascended masters and our universal consciousness to guide us so that we may live in greater harmony in our bodies and on this planet. We request that this heart totem vibrationally assist us individually and collectively in experiencing & expressing the love & truth of who we really are. As this occurs, we are aware that all matter, from the cells in our bodies to the earth itself, will continue in it's evolution into greater consciousness and harmony.
